I've lost a lot of hair. Should I stop using cold caps?

Each person is unique, and so are the decisions they have to make. The only correct decision is the one you make, the one that suits you best. Preserving follicles for healthy regrowth is a goal to keep in mind, as is minimizing the chances of permanent alopecia. Even if you're bald or have lost a lot of hair in specific areas of your head, it's still possible to use cold caps. We recommend placing a light cotton cloth (such as cheesecloth) between your bald head and the cold cap for added comfort.
