Can we exercise?

While it's beneficial for our immune system and overall health to try to maintain our exercise routine as much as possible during treatment, we should try to limit scalp sweating during our workouts or avoid overheating our head. On *Amazon* (as an example), various migraine "ice hat" options can be used to cool the head during exercise. Of course, each person is unique. These recommendations are based on best practice and cannot guarantee results.
