We cannot guarantee the tax consequences of your donation. We are not responsible in any way for any request for information from the tax authorities in connection with any donation offered or received through the website.

The donations made by the contributors on the Website go directly to Garde tes cheveux (Keep Your Hair), and not to the companies that manufacture the products mentioned on the website. Garde tes cheveux (Keep Your Hair) reserves the right to allocate donations at its discretion.

All donations made in connection with your use of our website are processed on an external server. Payment processing is handled by a payment processor of which you will be informed at the time of the transaction. When you make your donation, you will be redirected to the website or platform of our payment processor. The amount of your donation will be indicated and by accepting to pay with the payment method you have selected, you accept the amount and authorize the payment processor to debit the amount according to the terms, conditions and policies of the payment processor. It is understood that we shall have no liability for the use of our payment processor.

We will collect and store your payment information in accordance with our privacy policy (below). The privacy policy of our payment processor will also apply.

We will send you a receipt each time you make a Donation of $20 or more.

We comply with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal data. However, we cannot guarantee data security if you use an unsecured device or connect from a public place. In such cases, we are not liable for any damage.
